Foundation initiatives
Programmes, not products.
Initiatives are how the Foundation does work in the world without operating a commercial product directly. They are governed, funded, and accountable to the Foundation's mission — and where they need a commercial vehicle, that vehicle sits inside Nyuchi Africa.
The education initiative
Bundu Education.
Bundu Education is the education division of the Foundation. Cohort-based and self-paced training in software, AI, and digital skills. Localised content in English, Shona, and Ndebele. Offline study packs for places with intermittent connectivity.
Nyuchi Learning is the commercial product under Bundu Education — how organisations buy in. Revenue from Learning routes back through the Foundation's structure, funding the programme. The umbrella is governance and mission; the commercial product is how money flows.
Mukoko Lingo is the consumer surface — language learning for individuals, free for personal use, drawing on the same content library that Bundu Education and Nyuchi Learning use.

Nyuchi Gov Tech.
Nyuchi Gov Tech is the government services division of the Foundation. Digital ecosystems for governments across Africa — identity, records, payments, and service-delivery rails sized for sovereign deployments. Built by Bundu Labs, the Foundation's development arm.
Nyuchi Gov Tech is also the commercial product — how governments buy in. Revenue routes back through the Foundation's structure, funding the programme. Unlike Bundu Education and Nyuchi Learning, the umbrella and the commercial product share a single name; one structure, one face.
Source lives in its own GitHub organisation at github.com/nyuchiGOV . The first project in the initiative is Zimpass Arrival — an arrival card system for managing entry into Zimbabwe.
