Foundation projects
Open source. No commercial involvement. Pure Foundation.
These are the Foundation's technical projects — the substrate and the public goods. They live in the bundu-labs, openNTL, and siafuDB GitHub organisations. None of them is sold by Nyuchi Africa; all of them feed work that Nyuchi and Mukoko build on top of.
Neural Transfer Layer (NTL)
Signal-based data transfer for decentralised networks. Replaces APIs with neural propagation. One of the Foundation's core technical projects.
Nyuchi Honeycomb
The decentralised storage network where sovereign Web3 pods live. Powered by the NST (storage) and NHC (network) tokens. Beyond-Web3, post-quantum-ready; in active development. Operated by Nyuchi; governed by the Foundation.
SiafuDB
Embedded property graph database for device, edge, and Web3. Offline-first by design. The substrate underneath the Mukoko Twin's personal-sovereign data store.
SiafuDB-Kuzu
C++ graph database (forked KuzuDB v0.11.3) with Cypher queries and vector search. The high-performance engine that SiafuDB sits on top of.
Harare Metro
Open-source public-transport routing for Harare. The data backbone behind Mukoko Transport and Nyuchi Logistics — community data flowing into the open commons.
Mzizi
The Foundation's open design system and 3D frontend architecture — ten nodes (N1–N10) built on the seven African minerals, with a shadcn component registry and an MCP at mzizi.dev. Governed by the Foundation; operated by Nyuchi Africa.
