Agreement

These terms govern your use of bundu.org — the Bundu Foundation's research, newsroom, and information site. By accessing or using the site you agree to them. bundu.org is operated by the Bundu Foundation, a non-profit Company Limited by Guarantee registered in Zimbabwe.

How the ecosystem is structured

The Bundu Foundation is the custodian of the ecosystem's shared protocols, token economics, and the Ubuntu charter. The Foundation does not itself sell products; its operating pillars do, each under its own terms:

• Mukoko — the consumer social ecosystem. Terms atmukoko.com/legal/terms.
• Nyuchi Africa — the commercial infrastructure company. Terms atnyuchi.com/legal/terms.
• Shamwari AI — the community AI interface, Bundu intellectual property offered commercially under Nyuchi Africa.

Nyuchi Africa (Pvt) Ltd, a for-profit company registered in Zimbabwe, is the operating company that builds and runs the ecosystem's platforms under a revocable service agreement with the Foundation. The Foundation also stewards initiatives — the Zimbabwe Information Platform and Bundu Education — and open projects including the Mzizi design system, the Nyuchi Honeycomb storage network, SiafuDB, and Harare Metro.

The Ubuntu charter

Everyone who participates in the ecosystem agrees to uphold the Ubuntu principle — "I am because we are" — treating others with dignity, respect, and care. Brand- and product-specific community standards, such as Mukoko's Community Guidelines, apply on top of these terms.

Tokens

The Foundation governs a four-token economy: the MUKOKO Identity Token (MIT) and MUKOKO Exchange Token (MXT) on the consumer side, and the Nyuchi Storage Token (NST) and Nyuchi Honeycomb Credit (NHC) that power the Nyuchi Honeycomb storage network. None of these tokens represents any ownership interest or security in the Foundation, Nyuchi Africa, or any affiliated entity. Token mechanics are defined in the applicable product terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, harm others, misrepresent the Foundation, scrape or extract data en masse without permission, or attempt to compromise our systems. Content on bundu.org is provided for information and is not legal, financial, or investment advice.

Intellectual property

The Bundu name, marks, and site content are owned by the Foundation or its licensors, except where an open-source project is published under its own licence (for example Mzizi). Editorial content may be quoted with attribution and a link.

Disclaimers and liability

bundu.org is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the Foundation excludes implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, with disputes settled by arbitration in Harare unless local law provides otherwise.
